About the Directors
Anna Bragg
Anna Bragg has been acting, choreographing, and directing since she graduated from Baylor University in 2008. As an actor, director, and choreographer, she has worked on multiple productions such as CATS, Side Show, All Shook Up, Little Shop of Horrors, In the Heights, The Lion King Jr., Catch Me If You Can and many more. She has worked with multiple Atlanta theaters such as OnStage Atlanta, 14th Street Playhouse, and Georgia Tech Players. She also worked for the Atlanta Ballet for several years teaching dance.
Anna received 3 Shuler Hensley Award nominations in 2016 for Mary Poppins. Anna was nominated for Best Choreography, "Step In Time" was nominated for Showstopper, and she won the Shuler Award for Best Costumes. Anna is dedicated to making the performing arts an enjoyable experience where everyone can learn to shine.
Eric Michael Bragg
Eric Bragg has been an educator in Georgia since 2003. For 11 years, he served as a teacher with the Fulton County School System. During that time he founded the drama department at Creek View Elementary School. His efforts at Creek View were recognized with a Teacher of the Year nomination and NBC’s prestigious Class Act Award in 2006. Eric has been the award winning director of numerous films that were entered in the Georgia Movie Academy state film competition and was a National Finalist in Sony’s Technology in Motion film competition. In 2007, Eric transferred to River Trail Middle School to teach drama full time.
During his tenure as the drama teacher and director at RTMS, he was nominated for Teacher of the Year in 2012. In January of 2013, Eric received the Freddie G Experience award from Music Theatre International for his work as a director with youth. In 2015, Eric was asked to direct Disney's Beauty and the Beast at Providence Christian Academy, and in the fall of that year was asked to come on staff at Providence as the Fine Arts Director full time. While at Providence, Eric’s productions received 4 Georgia High School Musical Theatre Award nominations/honorable mentions per year including Best Overall Production for Shrek (2020), Best Director for Shrek (2020) and Little Mermaid (2016), Best Scenic Design for Little Mermaid (2016), and a variety of others for various production aspects and student achievements. His productions also received numerous awards at One Act Competition.
Since moving to Georgia, Eric has performed in both professional and community theatre. Some of these credits include: True West (Austin), Once On This Island (Julian), Wit (Jason), The Boys Next Door (Jack), Into the Woods (Narrator/Mysterious Man), and Beauty and the Beast (Ensemble). Eric’s passion for theatre and his love of children have paired well in his professional pursuits. He is thankful to have had so many fantastic opportunities doing what he loves each day!
